Our Service Do's & Don'ts (Last updated: 04/25/2008 at 8:00 PM, MST) 1a. We do...provide weed removal service and light yard maintenance to residential properties built on or after 1990 (owner-occupied, rentals, investment properties, or listed "For Sale") to meet our serviceable maintenance requirements. We have to define our limits due to our company size (2 employees). 1b. We don't...provide service to residential properties built before 1990 or any commericial rental units (duplexes, condos, or apartments - any number of units) since the majority of these properties usually require extensive yard maintenance or landscaping. These requirements should be left to a large, reputable landscaping company. 2a. We service single family residential properties 10,000 square feet or less in size. 2b. We don't service properties larger than that such as horse ranches, guest homes / multiple homes on same huge lot, etc. 3a. We do...remove and dipose of weed / yard waste material with our weed removal and yard maintenance services. 3b. We don't...remove animal feces, or "scoop poop", as part of our weed removal or yard maintenance service (cat, dog, or any other animal feces). An occasional one or two "poops" missed here or there is okay...but more than two is too much! 4a. We do...offer a quarterly maintenance service for our repeat customers. These maintenance services include manual weed removal and preemegence herbicide application quarterly as well as light yard maintenance (if requested). See "Questions and Answers" for more information. 4b. We don't...clean up previously sprayed yards (herbicides or other chemicals) or remove weeds that have been killed by our customers' herbicides due to unknown chemical / herbicide usage, overapplication, health and safety, and liability concerns. 5a. We do...provide light yard maintenance on properties such as light branch / tree trimming, bush / hedge trimming, leaves raked/ removed, and tree pod seed removal. Our specialty is desert gravel landscapes. 5b. We don't...cut down large tree branches, lawn / grass cutting or maintenance, or "square" hedging on shrubs / bushes. 6a. We do...work with desert landscaping, whether dirt or gravel based, to provide the best weed removal and yard maintenance service possible. 6b. We don't...remove dead cactus (or cacti, if multiple) or dead trees. These jobs are best left to specialists. 7a. We do...rake out gravel areas to minimize the appearance of soil or gravel disturbance or to remove weed, plant, or seed pod material after major weed removal or yard maintenance projects. 7b. We don't...grade areas or do major soil tilling on properties that have large amounts of soil or gravel to be leveled out. |
